Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking detailed messages
- Greet and assist visitors with professional courtesy and efficiency
- Coordinate office calendars, scheduling appointments, and managing meeting logistics
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, maintaining accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Maintain clean and organized reception area and common spaces
- Support HR functions onboarding processes and new hire paperwork
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
