- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance requests
- Support administrative staff with document preparation and correspondence
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages efficiently
- Assist with event coordination and meeting room bookings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
- Exceptional typing speed (50+ WPM) with 95%+ accuracy

- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-6pm)
