Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain critical data in CRM and ERP systems
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements for executives
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation with precision
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and Salesforce
- Screen and route communications, ensuring timely responses to stakeholders
- Organize digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire documentation and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience with data entry focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Salesforce
- Proven ability to process 10,000+ keystrokes per hour with 99% accuracy
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with document management systems (e.g., DocuSign)
