Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Front Desk Management: Answer incoming calls, screen and transfer inquiries, and manage the main switchboard with efficiency.
- Appointment Scheduling: Maintain the executive calendar and schedule appointments for the weekend staff accurately.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage packages, and prepare general office correspondence.
- Visitor Management: Sign in guests, issue visitor badges, and direct them to their destinations.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies at all times.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain guest logs and company databases as required.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
