Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and vendors entering the office.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls with exceptional telephone etiquette.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar for executive staff.
- Mail and Communication: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; handle outgoing correspondence.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and other general office tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional receptionist or front desk experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
