Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive review.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses.
- Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, including agenda setting and minute taking.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Oversee office supply management and vendor relations to maintain a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to anticipating executive needs.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
