Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule executive meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements domestically and internationally.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, including newsletters, memos, and professional presentations.
- Screen phone calls, route inquiries, and handle confidential correspondence with the highest level of discretion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication flow.
- Organize and coordinate company events, off-sites, and executive retreats with precision.
- Handle expense reports and manage office supplies and inventory.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Professional.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
