Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors and clients with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls with exceptional telephone etiquette.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Schedule and confirm weekend appointments using the company calendar system.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages promptly.
- Assist with basic data entry and document filing to ensure records are up to date.
- Respond to inquiries regarding company services and hours of operation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) consistently.
