Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception, greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones professionally, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on speed and 100% accuracy, maintaining updated digital and physical records.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating calendars, and preparing meeting agendas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Generate reports and summaries from entered data using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with advanced typing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
