- Screen and direct incoming phone calls and emails, handling inquiries and routing messages promptly.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Assist in event planning and logistics for company functions, conferences, and team building activities.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and handle expense reports and reimbursements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless administrative operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively without sacrificing quality.
