Responsibilities
- High-Velocity Data Entry: Manage and input high volumes of data with 99% accuracy, maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Executive Support: Manage incoming communications, schedule complex appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for leadership.
- Document Management: Prepare, compile, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and invoices using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Client & Visitor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, ensuring a professional first impression.
- Process Improvement: Assist in streamlining administrative workflows and inventory management processes to enhance office efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, and office management.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
- Skills: Fast typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with exceptional attention to detail and grammar.
