Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception, greeting visitors, and answering multi-line phone systems with a professional demeanor.
- Coordinate and schedule weekend appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements using Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes; handle outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in data entry and the reconciliation of weekly expense reports.
- Support team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
