Responsibilities
- Professional Greeting: Welcome all visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression of the company.
- Phone Operations: Manage incoming calls with a polite and professional tone, screen callers, and route messages accurately.
- Front Desk Management: Maintain a tidy reception area, organize the lobby, and manage the reception desk inventory.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and basic office organization tasks during the shift.
- Mail & Communications: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and inter-office correspondence efficiently.
- Access Control: Monitor building access, sign in visitors, and ensure security protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic typing skills.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards.
