- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Data Management: Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, team building activities, and client meetings.
- Office Operations: Order and manage office supplies, ensuring the workspace is organized and efficient.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or relevant administrative certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
