- Administrative Support: Handle incoming emails and phone calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Report Preparation: Assist in compiling and formatting data into simple reports for management review.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supplies and assist in basic inventory tracking.
- Calendar Management: Support the team by scheduling meetings and managing appointment calendars.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree or coursework in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Typing: Must possess strong typing skills (minimum 35-40 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to detect errors in data and maintain a high standard of accuracy in all tasks.
