Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and vendors, managing the reception area with excellence.
- Phone Management: Answer and route incoming calls professionally, take accurate messages, and screen visitors as needed.
- Mail and Package Handling: Sort, distribute, and log incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Perform basic data entry, file organization, and assist with weekend-specific office projects.
- Access Control: Monitor building access, ensuring security protocols are followed for late-night or weekend employees.
- Supply Management: Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure the weekend team is fully equipped.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an Office Support role is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
