Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and account information into our CRM and internal databases with high accuracy.
- Review and reconcile data for discrepancies and correct errors immediately.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for management.
- Prepare and organize reports, invoices, and other correspondence.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or a related field is preferred but not required (Entry Level applicants welcome).
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
