Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring a professional and timely response.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management staff.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval.
- Assist with data entry, inventory tracking, and general office operations to support daily productivity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Handle special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible schedule while meeting deadlines.
