Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct all incoming visitors and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Phone Operations: Answer multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and relay messages accurately.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail distribution, package reception, and manage the lobby area to ensure it remains organized and welcoming.
- Scheduling: Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders regarding inquiries.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is a plus, but we train enthusiastic candidates.
