Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage filing systems, and oversee general office maintenance.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in company databases.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, team meetings, and client reception.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree is a plus.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
