Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors and callers with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming emails, correspondence, and mail distribution efficiently.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings using digital calendars.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering when necessary.
- Support the team with various ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous administrative experience is not required, but a strong desire to learn is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
