Responsibilities

- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently using a multi-line switchboard system.
- Manage the front desk, including mail distribution, package handling, and courier management.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Handle incoming inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk assistant is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to reliably work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
