Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during evening and night hours, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, taking accurate messages and resolving inquiries.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes for guests or staff as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
- Assist with light administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
- Monitor building security systems and access control during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk agent is preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
