Responsibilities
- General Office Support: Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior staff.
- Document Management: Handle filing, data entry, and the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Customer Relations: Greet visitors, answer questions, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to ensure the office is fully equipped.
- Travel Coordination: Assist with booking travel arrangements and preparing itineraries for team travel.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous administrative experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate for this entry level position.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
