Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and presentations.
- Support team members with ad-hoc projects as needed to ensure seamless daily operations.
What We Are Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, especially during weekend shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and technology access for remote or hybrid support tasks.
