Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and general correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate schedules, book meetings, and arrange travel logistics for executive leadership.
- Create and edit documents, presentations, and reports using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with inventory management, office supply ordering, and general facility maintenance.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and internal staff.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or office management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Experience with scheduling software or CRM systems is a plus.
