Responsibilities
- Manage front-desk operations and greet visitors warmly and professionally.
- Handle incoming calls and route inquiries efficiently.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Coordinate schedules, book meeting rooms, and prepare meeting materials.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support the finance team with basic data processing and invoicing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
