Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on 99% accuracy and speed.
- Manage and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for company records.
- Sort, distribute, and route incoming mail, email, and faxes promptly.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Conduct basic market research and assist in data analysis as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
