Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area with a smile, greet all visitors warmly, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or conference rooms.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls professionally, screen and redirect calls, and take accurate messages when necessary.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage packages, and perform general clerical duties such as filing and data entry.
- Meeting Support: Prepare meeting rooms for weekend conferences, arrange refreshments, and ensure audio-visual equipment is functioning.
- Visitor Management: Sign in guests, issue visitor badges, and maintain a log of all visitors entering the building.
- Office Maintenance: Monitor office cleanliness and supply levels, ensuring the reception area is organized and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an office support role is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with standard office equipment.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
