Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet all visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression.
- Communication: Answer and screen incoming calls with a polite and professional demeanor; route calls to the appropriate departments or take detailed messages.
- Mail & Logistics: Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meeting rooms, calendars, and internal appointments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, expense reports, and general office organization to maintain a clutter-free workspace.
- Vendor Relations: Handle basic inquiries from vendors and manage office supply inventory.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
