Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify data into our CRM and Excel spreadsheets with a focus on high-speed data entry.
- Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and monthly summaries.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Schedule appointments and manage the executive calendar.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking and invoice processing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative support (1+ years preferred).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time remote or hybrid setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
