Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls with a polite and helpful demeanor, transferring messages to the appropriate personnel.
- Greet clients, vendors, and guests upon arrival and direct them to the correct meeting rooms or offices.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries with accuracy.
- Perform light administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain the reception area and common spaces to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front-office role is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
