Responsibilities
- Provide professional and welcoming front-desk support for visitors and clients on weekends.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages with exceptional phone etiquette.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, data entry, and scheduling support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Punctuality and a professional appearance are mandatory.
