- Managing incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring messages are relayed accurately to the appropriate team members.
- Handling front desk administrative tasks, including check-ins, package reception, and mail distribution.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar for weekend operations.
- Assisting with general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Resolving visitor inquiries and escalating issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
