Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations professionally during weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Screen and filter emails, responding to general inquiries promptly.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and scheduling.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
Qualifications
