Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system, screen calls, and route inquiries efficiently
- Perform accurate data entry for client information, appointments, and correspondence
- Greet visitors, manage sign-in procedures, and maintain reception area appearance
- Coordinate office calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meeting logistics
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies inventory
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including document preparation and filing
- Support HR functions onboarding processes and employee records maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or administrative experience required
- Proficient in data entry with proven accuracy (minimum 60 WPM)
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations
