Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for all visitors and employees.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals in a professional and timely manner.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries accurately.
- Greet clients and visitors, sign them in, and provide basic assistance or direct them to the correct meeting rooms.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and scheduling weekend appointments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area and common office spaces.
- Assist with light office support tasks as needed to ensure smooth weekend operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and multi-line phone systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
