Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet all visitors and clients warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Phone Support: Answer incoming calls, screen and route them appropriately, and take accurate messages.
- Scheduling: Manage the appointment calendar, coordinate meeting rooms, and send reminders.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute faxes, and maintain the reception area.
- Data Entry: Update client records and manage internal databases with high accuracy.
- Customer Service: Assist visitors with directions, inquiries, and general office assistance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
