Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and directing inquiries professionally.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Sort and distribute mail, manage incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Update and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with administrative support, including scheduling appointments and preparing meeting materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in data.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office setting.
