Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome visitors and clients upon arrival in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and fully stocked with supplies.
- Perform light administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages in a timely fashion.
- Assist with event coordination and visitor registration as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous receptionist experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently.
