Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional demeanor, directing them appropriately and managing the reception area to ensure it is always tidy and organized.
- Phone Operations: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently. Take accurate messages and relay them promptly to the appropriate staff members.
- Mail and Packages: Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries, ensuring sensitive documents are handled with discretion.
- Scheduling Support: Assist in coordinating meeting rooms and scheduling appointments for the weekend team to ensure seamless operations.
- Administrative Support: Perform light data entry, filing, and maintain office supply inventory to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Visitor Relations: Verify visitor badges and maintain a log of all guests entering the premises for security purposes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Professionalism: High level of integrity, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
