Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize daily calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, responding promptly and professionally.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date digital and physical records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff as needed.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
