Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex executive calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel logistics, and coordinate conference calls.
- Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering and prioritizing communications effectively.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and memos with a high degree of accuracy.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage filing systems, and assist in organizing company events and team building activities.
- Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, handling inquiries and ensuring a professional image at all times.
- Data Management: Assist with data entry, CRM updates, and the preparation of weekly/monthly reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive administrative experience in a corporate or professional setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management tools.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a Flexible Schedule.
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
