Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems professionally.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed, maintaining up-to-date databases.
- Sort and distribute mail, as well as handle incoming and outgoing couriers.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Update and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Prepare basic reports and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, office administration, or data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
