Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain digital and physical records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Communication Support: Answer incoming calls, manage emails, and route inquiries to the appropriate departments during night hours.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and archive documents efficiently to ensure easy retrieval for the day shift team.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supply levels and place orders to ensure operational continuity.
- General Office Maintenance: Perform light cleaning duties, restock break areas, and ensure the office environment is safe and welcoming.
- Reporting: Generate daily reports summarizing key activities and assist with end-of-shift closings.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an office administration, reception, or customer service role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5 PM – 1 AM or 6 PM – 2 AM).
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently.
