- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
- Assist with data entry, inventory management, and monthly expense reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal departments and external clients, answering inquiries professionally.
- Organize and coordinate company events and team meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative support or office management role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
