Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform accurate and high-speed data entry into company databases and CRM systems.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, taking detailed messages and transferring inquiries as necessary.
- Manage the front desk, including mail distribution, package handling, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meeting rooms.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, reception, or data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Fast typing speed with a minimum of 40 WPM and high accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
