- Manage incoming communications, including answering multi-line phone systems, screening calls, and taking detailed messages.
- Perform essential clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining an organized front desk area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms for team members.
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure smooth daily operations across our Fort Worth and North Carolina branches.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous office experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, entry-level environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work a flexible schedule.
