Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all visitors, clients, and vendors entering the premises.
- Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and route incoming calls with poise and accuracy, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Logistics Coordination: Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages securely.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and other general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Visitor Management: Manage visitor badges, sign-in sheets, and coordinate meeting room schedules.
- Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with external service providers and vendors as required.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior receptionist or front-desk experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
