- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and coordinate travel arrangements for management.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and shredding confidential documents.
- Maintain and update office inventories, including stationery and office supplies.
- Assist in the coordination of company events and office social activities.

Qualifications
